Picture This Gifts currently ships custom photo magnet orders within the United States.

Processing Time

Each order is custom made after your photos are uploaded and your order is received. Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Larger orders, event orders, or orders requiring photo adjustments may take longer.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after your order has been prepared and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is currently $4.95 per order. If free shipping or promotional shipping is offered, it will be shown at checkout.

Photo Uploads and Order Delays

Because our magnets are custom made, production may be delayed if photos are missing, unclear, low quality, or require clarification. If there is an issue with your uploaded photos, we may contact you before printing your order.

Event and Special Orders

Shipping and delivery timing for weddings, birthdays, graduations, church events, reunions, and other special orders may vary based on quantity and timeline. Please contact us for event order pricing and timing before placing a large order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help you locate the shipment.
